Amazing inclusive family hotel, outstanding service, facilities and generally all around fantastic hotel. It has a comprehensive children’s and adult daily activities. Aqua aerobics, Pilates (in designated space), darts, archery and many more. The children’s activities change daily based around themes, with stay and play from ages 4+, the option of babysitting for younger years. We found this great as our daughters 4 and 3 could stay together and play, giving mum and dad some much needed time to enjoy activities and have some down time. When we collected the girls, they were super excited, with pictures, crafts and stories of all the fun they had. Wanting to go back, rather than the pool. With a dedicated small children’s area, with toddler pool, splash park and slides. Away from the larger water park, is a great idea, with smaller children. Also a splash pool, near the larger adult pools, is great. It also has a dedicated over 16’s pools area, with vitamin bar, in a quieter part of the hotel. This is away from the larger pool, children’s pool and water park. The evening restaurant has everything you could want, with nightly changes to certain services, fresh sushi, kebabs, fresh fish, salad and fruit. The hotel has multiple A’la Carte restaurants, highly recommend the steak house, was honestly one of the best meals I have ever eaten. learn your family’s names and make your holiday that extra special touch. Always checking in, ensure you’re enjoying your holiday and anyway they can help. The interaction with the children, ensuring they are treated like vip’s and having the best time. The hotel is also really inclusive, our daughter is currently on the Early help pathway, the hotel for the 2nd year we visited, ensured we had a ground floor room, in a quieter part easy access area of the hotel. It really has helped us to relax, as not constantly on edge worrying. The hotel is an Ultra All Inclusive concept, so no messing around with ice creams at certain times, or milkshakes for the children not included. The hotel also has its own fresh coffee shop, which does the best coffee’s, a mixology bar in the lobby, with any cocktail you can think of. This is our second year visiting, and I’m ready to book for the same time next year. If you’re looking for luxury, family holiday then this is your place.
