What was good

It is a big hotel and everything you need is available (restaurant, laundry services, Barber shop, etc).

What was bad

The service is not very personal at the reception. We had a family suite and there was not a balkony in the room, which would be nice with children. All the family suites are on the first floor, so your view on the city is limited from the room. The building have 18 Floors! We had to pay additional for a mandatory swimming cap at the swimming pool. It was not allowed to swim without a cap. There are seperated swimming and sport facilities for ladies. So in the mixed facility part there are much less ladies.
