Good service, clean rooms, very good spa center, kind staff, near to the beach, good food and drinks! Perfect holiday in Turkey .
I live in Spain but prefer to go for holiday in Turkey because everything there is amazing

The hotel is called ARES BLUE HOTEL now. Don't be confused! 

A nice hotel in Kirish (near Kemer) on the street with the small local shops. 

I stayed with my friend, and tomorrow is out last day before we go back to homeland. We had a fair enough experience for the price we've paid. The food is good, the room is big and clean enough, the pool and distance to the beach are comfortable. 

It was our first time in Turkey, and we just tried not to see some negative things that every tourists faces. Stay positive and you are going to have an amazing vacation.

The price is justified 

Ares Blue Hotel personnel works really very well. Namely Mr. Nazar was very helpful to us, when we had difficulties with our transport to the airport at the end of our stay. It was because the computer system of the local IHS travel agency failled. 
Otherwise, meal in the hotel was excelent, but there was lack of knifes, forks, plates and cups in the hotel restaurant, although the personnel did their best.
The hotel plage is rather narrow and overcrowded.
I appolodize that I could not write it in the Russian language.

This hotel is not the best choice for vacation. Staff speaks only russian and no english. Also they are quite annoying with their turkish sauna offers. Other guests are also mostly russian tourists. Food is good when compared to other issues of the hotel but restaurant is very crowded and poorly air-conditioned. Rooms are poor and not very well sustained (paint falling off from ceilings, sockets hanging from walls etc). Very noisy and full of drunk russians.

Poor experience

There lived only Russian people and probably this is hotel ONLY for russian people. Staff don't speak english at all. Food: everyday the same, no meat.

Larissa Blue is a hotel only for russian people

Really bad place rude and aggressive staff .food was awful foreign guest pushed you out the way they had to be first room dirty bad mattress full of stains had to be swapped air conditioning was spraying water over beds beer and bad wine only bar staff dint want to serve you

Hovel don't stay

TLDR:

1. The hotel was overbooked, my wife got her room only the next day after the pre-arranged booking started.
2. You cannot close the door to the room from inside :))) And it’s not a hostel, of course.
3. Elevators don’t work.
4. Curtains in the room are falling down to the floor.
5. On Booking, it’s a 4-star hotel. Good joke!

Because of the point number 2, it’s not really a hotel :) It’s just a bunch of buildings with unfriendly personnel. Welcome to the Ares Hotel :))))

And now, let me share the details:

* The hotel was overbooked, they weren’t able to give my wife a room. They handed her the keys only on the day after; there is a WhatsApp chat with the receptionist as proof — see photo 1.

* In a hotel with any amount of stars, the guest can _close_ the room. There is no such possibility at the Ares. Funny enough, they used the wrong door/lock — the one that doesn’t have the option to be closed from inside. My wife had to use the chair as an obstacle for someone to come; see photo 2 and video 2. One day, the janitor came. She just knocked and opened the door without warning, my wife was inside :)

* The rooms have a lot of dirt, see photos 5, 7, and 8. During my wife’s stay, they never cleaned the room, even though there was no “Do not disturb" sign.  

* The only elevator in the building (blok A) is not working. See photo 6. In blok B, it is also not working. When it’s +37 degrees Celcius, and the stairs are not being conditioned, it’s not pleasant to use them to get to the 5th floor, where my wife has been staying. 

* The curtains in the room are simply falling down to the floor all the time, see photo 3.

Final notes:

My wife’s depression started again because of staying in this place; she cried a lot because of insecurity being alone in a room that was not closed. I love my wife, and so the employees and owners of this “hotel” will pay the price for ruining my wife’s stay. They trick people into thinking it’s a good place — it’s not. Nobody should stay here for any price.

It's not a hotel, as you can't close the room door. There are other reasons as well.

Hello.
This was the first time that we were in Turkey. Thought 4 star hotel should work. God I was wrong. The worst hotel i have ever been to. In the first 15 minutes i had already changed the number because in the first we saw blood on the floor. I will add photo. The toilet was dirty like never cleaned. Same thing with the other room we got. Food awful, old. In the morning the cook was cooking omlet with an old and dirty wall patting tool from construction. No fruits whatsoever, even no glasses for drinks. So funny that they even re-use the one time plastic cups. 
No wi-fi also. The hotels staff is just funny. Can’t even find anyone that works there. 
They should take away the stars from this hotel. Lesson learned anyway, the photos are lies and should have read reviews.
Be careful and choose wisely!!

Worst nightmare for a tourist

Larissa is one of the worst hotels ever, let its four-star rating not beguile you. The food is very poor, but the staff is very friendly although the male waiters are far from being shy when they check you out on regular basis. There is plenty of shade on the beach; unfortunately, that is of no use since the dirty sand and rocks on the beach make you want to get out of there as quickly as possible. That in and of itself is also a problem since there is nowhere to go. If you have come here with friends or family you would have to set up a time schedule of when to use the room since if more than one person are in the room you might get stuck. If you think that the horrible food, tiny rooms and worst of beaches are compensated for by the excellent level of hygiene in the hotel, you are very much mistaken. You can tell who has visited Larissa for the past few years by the grease marks they have left on the carpets which cover most of the hallways. In addition to that, the carpets extend into your room making it unwise to touch the floor with bare feet. In conclusion, if Larissa in Kemer is your only option for a holiday, better stay at home watching Discovery travel than coming here and wasting your time.
