The 6 apartments villas is located 5 minutes by car to kas central,also marina area. 
Each flat has 3 nice size balconies , clothes washer, big fridge and full kitchen. 
AC units installed in bedrooms and saloon. 
Size of pool is kinda small.
Owners are very friendly, generous, attentive, and helpful.
I found this place perfect for families. In Kas.

Nice and convenient 

After spending a month at Best Apart Hotel in Kas, I can attest that it’s absolutely amazing. What will strike you the most is undoubtedly the views that you will enjoy from one of the four balconies in your apartment! Yes you read correctly all 6 apartments in the building each have FOUR balconies.
The apartments are extremely clean, well furnished and very comfortable, the kitchen is equipped with everything you may need to prepare a gourmet meal that you can enjoy on your balcony overlooking the town of Kas and the Mediterranean Sea with gorgeous sunsets every night!
It’s an easy walk down the hill to fabulous restaurants, stores, cafés and the harbor where you can get boat tours to beaches or historic sites. If you don’t want to walk back up after going to the weekly market for fresh fruits and vegetables you can get a taxi for only 20 Turkish Liras. If you have a car there is plenty of safe street parking available in front of the building.
What makes this place extra special is the on-site manager, Nur, who is always available to answer all your questions or to give you information about the local attractions, tours or secret beaches. If you need anything like extra blankets, towels or kitchen ware to make your stay more enjoyable, she will get it for you in no time.
So if you have any doubts about booking this place, please don’t, my husband and I are full time travelers, we have stayed in apartments all over the world and we both agree that Best Apart in Kas is one of our all time favorite! Enjoy!

One of our all time favorite place in the world!

Our stay at Best Apart Hotel Kaş couldn't have been more fantastic.  The property is beautifully located high on a hill above Kas with 180 degree views of the Mediterranean and surrounding area.Not only is the property wonderful, but Nur, the woman in charge, is one of the nicest and most attentive accommodation managers I've ever met, and I'm on the road 270 days per year staying in upwards of 50+ different hotels and other accommodations per year (at least outside of COVID) so I have some experience in this area.The pool is fantastic, too, and has sun almost all day long.I can't recommend Best Apart Hotel enough, and I can't wait to stay again the next time I'm in Kaş.

Fantastic Place to Stay in Kaş, Turkey!

Amazing apartment with the best view of the sea. The pool is also very nice. The people who own the apartment are very kind and always helped us when asked. I highly recommend this place.

The Best

Very lovely place with an amazing view on top of Kaş. The Rooms where very clean an woth enough space and comfort.

What a view!

We spend 3 nights there  we had a beautiful appart, with A.C, the view is very beautiful, we can see the sunset. It’s not far from the city center. We just miss more dishes: we only have 4 plates, 4 knife and forks...
But the pool is perfect to take a bath in front of the view. 

Good place

Enjoyed our stay in this flat located centrally in Kas . It had a lovely beach cafe place where we used the facilities when we stayed in.  First time visiting Kas, i thought it was very romantic place.  Driving from Dalaman through picturesque seaside and some little windy hills someone could only feel arriving to the most remote place in the world. When reached to the this pretty resort each day was exploring different part of the Kas. Seafood restaurants, short boat ride to Limanagzi beaches, couldn't have enough of sunset in the evenings. It was hard to leave! Will go back again soon.

Spacious  clean flat with a lovely view to the sea

Apartment is easy  to access from  the car.  Washing machine is a big plus. Amazing view.  Convenient space for my Mom on the first floor (bedroom and bathroom).  Separate three bedrooms and a bathroom on the second floor.

Great, roomy suites with an amazing view. Friendly and helpful staff. Pretty good value too. The walk to the top of the hill will leave you breathless though (and we were in pretty good shape from 9 days of hiking)!

Roomy and Nice Views

The apartment is strategically located on top of the hill overseeing Kas Main Street and Kas harbour.

Owner Ahmad is a fine gentleman with warmth hospitality. 

The unit we stayed is very new and well maintained, spacious living room and kitchen.
