The price is good. I payed €30 for one night for 2 persons. 

I booked the Gultekin cave online, but after an hour I got an email it was already reserved. They offered me the motel in stead. At first I was a bit disappointed but when I arrived this changed. The rooms are nicely decorated, cosy and warm (also in winter). If you go to the roof there is the reception, a super nice place to sit and a terras. You have a nice view over Goreme from there. 

The breakfast is good. It an all you can eat buffet with yummy bread.

But most of all, the people who work here are very friendly and helpful. Especially Cihan Tug! They helped us with walks, sight seeing, tips for places to eat, hamam reservation and balloon flight. They really make your stay more comfortable. They also offer tours, prices are a bit high I think.

Good place for little money!

we are 2 people from taiwan, staying in 4-bed dorm room for 4 nights. the sunshine-rich-dorm was excellent with a loving balcony. the bed was really comfortable and clean. the bathroom was a bit small but there's 24hr hot water. 
the rooftop terrace and the breakfast were one of the best part! because of the good location, the view was fantastic. they offered buffet breakfast with fresh food and various options. the stuff worked really hard anytime and offered good service. it's worth far more than the price!

I stayed in this hotel for 4 days. The location of the hotel is near the city center and the staff was very helpful. the room was clean and comfortable. I greatly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Cappadocia.

Comfortable stay with a good location

It's really good hotel and I stayed for 4nights enjoying sound sleep as the room is so quiet and homey.it is well located with only 1minute's walk from the bus stop. And it is run by two brothers and they are very nice and kind to give you help.I greatly recommend it if you want a quiet place to stay in Goreme.

Really nice n small hotel in the Cappadocia heart, perfect choice quality/price.

BEST CHOICE

We stayed here as part of a group tour. The stone  rooms were well appointed and the view from the roof was magic. A light but adequate breakfast is served on the roof, a great place to observe the balloons. Rooms are very clean and hotel is centrally located.

Magic location

1. There were ants on the bed.2. It was sooooo hard to open the bathroom door. My friend was locked.3. Food was not delicious at all & There were flies in food.

I don't have words to describe....

Do not reserve here! The hotel does not honor reservations from hotels.com, or from any other online service for that matter. The hotel had no rooms when we arrived, and said our hotels.com confirmation number was useless. They put us in a dormitory with other guests -- all of whom had booked on sites like hotels.com, and gotten confirmation numbers, only to be told no space was available. Hotel also has no air conditioning, malfunctioning heaters, windows that won't open, paper thin walls (even to the outside), and a terribly rude staff.

Does Not Honor Hotels.Com Reservations

Classy hotel in centre of Munich city with all amenities available. Rooms pretty small but easily the best looking rooms I have seen. The front desk receptionists were very friendly and spoke good english. Breakfast was also very nice.

Best in the centre of Munich City

Great location and management. The owner is very concerned about maintaining quality and does whatever is needed to satisfy guests. We stayed at one of the "cave" rooms in March and the room was naturally cold. At our request, he provided us with an extra heater.The owner seemed to be honest and ethical. I did NOT get the impression that his recommendations for tours were based on commission he might be getting from tour companies.The breakfast is good. The view from the roof-top terrace is great. Cappadocia is a great place to visit; it is a "must see" if you are visiting Turkey. Renting a car is highly recommended in Cappadocia.Overall, I would stay at this hotel if I went back to Cappadocia. Their newly renovated cave room is beautiful and excellent value.
