Perdikia Beach Hotel

We have just returned from a lovely family holiday here. Although this is very much a no frills hotel, it's very clean and comfortable and the staff are amazing! The food and drink is very good, reasonably priced and it's very family friendly. We felt very safe with our 2 children and because you are not on the main strip, it's also much quieter (apart from when the evening entertainment is on, but this does not go on too late). We only had one small problem with our room, which was reported to reception and fixed on the same day. There are a few things we'd highly recommend doing; On your first or second day visit the spa in the hotel and get the welcome pack - private turkish bath, sauna, massage and face mask - it was a fantastic way to start the holiday! Secondly, do not book any excursions from the hotel reps - most of the trips you can book directly for much less money and hassle - we booked the waterpark through them and had lots of issues on the day with no offer of a refund or any form of compensation. If you have kids, try and get the the waterpark it's a great day out - once we were there we had a great time. The main beach is pebbles, however if you book one of the private beaches further up at the lagoon, it's sand. It might cost a little more but it's worth it for the calm water. Although we only had breakfast at the hotel, they also serve lunch and dinner for an additional price and it's really good. However, if you do want to go out to eat there are plenty of places to go along the strip and the beach front - we didn't have a bad meal the whole time we were there. Already booked to go back next year!
