We did not get hotel room in the same hotel that we booked and paid months ago. The hotel was overbooked and we heard also scream from other clients at the same time who also did not have rooms instead of their booking. We were charged to another hotel with smaller room and not pool view. There was only one restaurant open in the hotel and in their website it did not mention that the other restaurant was closed because of COVID 19. In the original hotel’s description that we got from you, there is an iron machine and a board in the room. When we asked in the hotel that we moved to to borrow an iron because my wife did not iron any clothes, they told us that they do not have iron in all of their chains. Our experience was not a good one.
