NG Phaselis Bay Hotel

This is my third time coming here, and this time I brought my brother and his family, since he's quite demanding when it comes to hotel services. He really liked it here—the overall impression of the environment, the hotel, and the services. The food is very good, and we appreciate that it's served in a way that shows they care—at least no one is coughing or sneezing over the food 😆. The staff really work hard and do their best to seat you even if you're a larger group. Special thanks go to the assistant Tuna, who was always helpful with any questions or requests. It's clear that he gives 110% to his work. We usually had lunch at the beach restaurant, where we were served by a great gentleman who always brought us chilled, fragrant wet wipes after the meal and offered dessert or coffee with a smile. At the Infinity Bar, Murat welcomed us and always remembered us. Wherever he saw us, he shook our hands and asked if we needed anything. The fact that waiters serve you while you're sunbathing on a lounger by the pool—there's honestly nothing more to add… it's just perfect. High-quality mixed drinks, nicely prepared and tasty… Delicious pralines in the patisserie, unbelievably good sweet pastries. The rooms are beautiful and modern, and I appreciate the wide range of amenities in the bathroom—toothbrushes and toothpaste, shaving foam and razors, fresh slippers delivered daily, and even a pillow selection by firmness. One day, we accidentally had the "Do Not Disturb" mode on, so the room wasn’t cleaned. I sent a message through the hotel chat, and within a few hours, the room was tidied up. Honestly, I have nothing negative to say about this hotel—that’s why I’ve stayed here three times, and I would gladly return again. Lifeguard Atakan was so sweet to my little daughter that when we left on the last day, she cried—and I got tears in my eyes too. This is the only hotel where I had a lump in my throat when leaving. CIP SERVICE at the airport and Liunge uts perfect ☝️🫶 service This place feels like a second home.
