I have been going to the Antedon for about 10 years now in the winter. I love it more every year. The animation team was small, only Fuat and Engin but both of them spent a lot of time with me and my friend (2 old women). They are great lads. All the staff remember us and we have become great friends with some of them especially Eyup and Mahmut the evening bar staff. We will hopefully be going back next year.

Still as good as ever

We were very happy with our ocean view room which was large and comfortable, and included all of the little amenities such as shampoo lotions, hairdrier  and kettle.

The large loungebar is a quiet place to relax and it was low season so not so many tourists staying. However we did not realise that during the low season the hotel has conferences and the dining room can become so packed with men in suits one week, or tracksuits the next that it becomes very uncomfortable since there are long queues of men waiting at the buffet.

One the week we arrived there were hundreds of men in suits attending a conference, the next week there were hundreds of men involved in Turkish football. The Akka group sponsors the football teams who in return stay for free.

The food was good, but then we both like Turkish food. 

The entertainment howeversw was a let down and the animators did very little other than attend a game of darts each afternoon or start the Karaoke in the evenings, always in Russian.

Our big mistake was booking when we did, unbeknown to us it was school holiday time in Russia so swimming in the indoor pool was out of the question since it was packed each day with unruly Russian teenangers running and jumping into the pool which was a serious safety hazard as they could of broken a younger child's back had they landed on him

There was no lifeguard in attendance. The Jacuzzi was always full of screaming toddlers and children splashing so that too was out of bounds.

The weather was pleasant enough to sit on the beach  but not swim in the sea. 

The gardens are well tended and pleasant to walk in. The view of the mountains was beautiful.

In summer months there are no conferences but it will be packed with mainly Russian tourists and their unruly children.

So would be return? no.

Nice Hotel Large Comfortable Rooms But Unbearable During the Many Conferences.

I stayed in one of the biggest rooms of the hotel. It was nice but the furniture was outdated. The food served in buffet was mediocre, but than we tried the alacart kitchen, it was much much better. The facilities of the hotel are excellent all geared for tourists. Since it was during low season we did not benefit from the pool or sea area. Still the hotel was full with Turkish convention business.

we had to change 4 rooms why did not give us the best room ın first place room was good food is good to BUT Jacuzzi was showing 28 degrees but ıt was 23 what should be 36 to 42 ıts shame to not heat the Jacuzzi because ıt self jacuzzi nice size powerful jets HEATUP your jacuzzi its easy also we want to check out late they give us 1 hour only and hotel was not busy maid rushed ın while we were in room to clean SHAME

Hello Everybody! I would like to share my impression about this beautiful hotel. Nice and very green territory of Akka Hotel. Very  hospitable staff and professional animation team. With respect to drink and food everybody can find what they want. It was wonderful time that we spent in Akka Antedont Hotel during summer and winter period of time.

Excellent Hotel and Animation Team

This place has everything the typical Tripadvisor guest could wish for. I used to be an overweight alcoholic, but after having booked all inclusive at this hotel, I developed such an aversion for food and alcoholic beverages that I quit drinking and lost over ten pounds.
