Delphine Habib Hotel

We visited recently and had the most wonderful time mainly because of the service received by all the staff. The location is excellent as the whole town of Monastir is walking distance and the beach is just a few meters away across the road. The water was so calm and clear that the sea felt like your own swimming pool which is great for the kids. Manel at the reception is super friendly so as all the other reception staff we dealt with. The Animation team were brilliant who kept us entertained throughout the day and evenings. The food was good and there was live cooking counter everyday for all meals. There is a Spa in house with some good treatments and there is a person in the lobby area who you can book all the excursions with. We did Parasailing and a Boat trip which were both fantastic. We also did Hammam, massages and few other treatments at the Spa which were really good. There is a Horse carriage guy just outside the main entrance gate who can take you for a tour or to the town and is super friendly. We had some Wi-Fi issue and they provided us with special Wi-Fi booster in our room and that too the director of the hotel personally came to install it. All in all the hotel is very clean with some great staff and excellent location. Only downside was that the rooms need updating but the rest of the facilities make up for it. You are guaranteed to have a very pleasant experience at the hotel in my opinion.
