Lomé is hardly overrun with good international cuisine but I was pleasantly surprised by the offering at Napoleon Lagune. The hotel is located right on Lac Est and offers a nice view out over the water. Some lights on the chairs by the lake would have been nice but the seating area by the pool is nice and quiet. Although the service was quite slow the food (ordered fillet de zebu with chips) was very nice. The meat especially was very well cooked and 'a point' as promised. The vegetables of the day never quite materialised (unless 2 slices of cucumber count) but I was happy with my dish and good cold Castel. As a decent food offering, I can recommend.
