Ok, first you look for a place to be and you find it, then you Muss paid it 50% in advance, you agree, then you do the long Trip to here and all picts you saw are at least 4 years old and the place sucks. Garbage rooms with dead animals at the beds, excrements everyhere and the room overpriced, you try to say something and they say: Bad luck you booked over Internet! 200% more expensive and you get just 50% of it.No MONEY BACK HERE, YOU MONEY IS ALLREADY GONE BE AWARE DON NOT COME HERE THERE IS A LOT OF PLACES BETTER FOR THE SAME MONEY

We visited Lazy Hut for dinner three times in our five night stay in Koh Phayam. The food is excellent and the staff are very friendly and genuinely just lovely. We had four kids with us and the staff were very accommodating with food ie organising kid friendly offerings like pasta and plain fried rice. For us this was the best food we had on the island. 👍👍👍

Excellent food - fabulous staff!

So my 10 nights stay has been relaxing , it truly is 'lazy' we have spent our days relaxing in the hammocks or sunbathing or swimming in the sea ,we stayed in a luxury bungalow which has two big beds in , two fans , nicely decorated and comfy beds, all of the bungalows are on the beach , the bamboo ones are just set back a little but you are still 'on the beach'. The food here is good value and tasty,a few things we have asked to be addapted to our own tastes and the staff have kindly listened to our requests, remember to book direct with the owner rather than booking dot com for a better rate, find the lazy hut page on Facebook and message though there , the sunsets here are amazing also , thankyou to all the staff at lazy hut for making us feel so welcome 💜💚♥️💙

The paradise and Lazy Hut... so good !!!

My husband and I visited in July 2017. We travelled here from Bangkok which took about 15 hours. We arrived at the 'lazy hut' by scooter and it was dark and raining. We were shown to a 'bungalow' which was very dark with gaps in the bamboo for windows. We were advised there was no electricity during the day and unfortunately, due to the weather, this meant it was very dark. We asked to move to a room and the staff showed us to a room in the main building which we felt would be more suitable. I have to be honest, from my first impression I wasn't sure I'd be able to stay there for 3 days! 
BUT... we woke up the next day and the weather was lovely. We had the beach to ourselves (even though it is a little dirty due to rubbish washing in from the sea) and it was so peaceful. The staff are very friendly and do whatever they can to help. We loved it so much we didn't explore any of the island, we just relaxed at the lazy hut for 3 days.
The food is amazing. We toured around Thailand, but the food at lazy hut was the best we had. They don't always have everything in, but if you ask about something earlier in the day they may try to get it for you by the evening.
I the end we had an amazing stay and would definitely recommend staying here, as long as you're aware that it is very basic accommodation. If you get into the spirit, hopefully you will love it like we did!
