Lovely hotel, very clean and friendly, swimming pool is lovely as was our room, location is good with the small harbour being a 5 min walk along the beach and only a 2min walk to the start of town, lots of restaurants and shops very close, highly recommended 

Excellent 

Very nice hotel located just near the beach. It looks new and well designed. 
Helpful staff guy meet you and help to park your car. 
The room is really clean and well designed. Bathroom has a nice feature: there is a big window between bathroom and bedroom. It can be closed by a curtain though. 
Flat TV, minibar, balcony with nice swimming pool view, Wifi internet. Balcony bars are well designed and not dangerous for the small kids.
Swimming pool has big pool, small pool for the kids and another small one with dzakuzi (or something like that) connected with each other. They even provide small racks for drying your clothes. Very convenient.
Breakfast is also good. Thai food along with some european breakfast options like toasts, cereals, coffee. Fruits are also available.
Staff is very nice and helpfull. Definitly recommened.

Very very nice

We stayed here for one week and it was really perfect.
The rooms are spacious and very clean, comfortable beds and balcony with sea and swimmingpool view.
There is not a single point for improvement, It's clean, everywhere in the building WiFi with a strong signal, good beds, nice pool, near the beach, quiet.
And the most important, Thank you staff! you are so friendly. W'll come back for sure.

Perfect Nice hotel

Very nice hotel and good location quite place for relax, The rooms are spacious and very clean, nice balcony with pool view. Breakfast is good. Hotel is nearby the beach you can walk 1-2 minute. Lovely staff. I'll back again!

Nice Hotel

I had a delux pool access room on ground floor. The hotel was clean and staff was very helpful and friendly. They fix me a rent motorbike to a nice price. Breakfast was good. Pool was great and it was always clean outside as well. It`s a short walk to a long nice  sandy beach. (2 min)

New nice hotel

first the good things. the staff is nice and friendly. the rooms are spacious and very clean. the location is quiet dispite the road that passes between the hotel and the beach. the pool area is nice, and the beach mostly too.

now to the part that makes the hotel just average. when we booked via booking.com it was said that a good breakfast is included. when we arrived we were told that the breakfast buffet was canceled. nobody said why and because of covid cant be the reason, especially because the measurments would allow a buffet. the breakfast that got served to the room (to chose frome a menue with 4 different sets) was poor and not really nicley cooked. and the coffee was oversweetened instant coffee. not really what i expect from a 4* hotel.

better communication could avoid disappointment

Covid time! Hotel set-up alcohol gel and scan in. Room was ok and clean but no safety deposit box and no iron and ironing board available from reception. Our friends room did have a safety deposit box so its strange that some rooms don't have. The housekeeping staff were friendly but the front office team should be more friendly and smile and say hello to guests when they see them. Breakfast was nice but is a self service buffet a safe choice in a time of COVID-19? Swimming pool was nice. For us it is an ok place for a short stay.
