Located just out of Chiang Mai, this Yurt hotel is worth making a detour for. You can get a hotel transfer, or haggle with a local long bench tuk tuk driver. Prices will vary depending on season and hanggle skills. Yurts are beautiful and clean. The view is in double as they are located up a mountain looking out. There are free bicycles to use and we took these to visit the natural hot pools, the local village, the river and a monastery. Food can be prepared on sight (BBQ style). We organised a group massage on the balcony under the canopy. We also sat out under the stars with our blankets. Lovely!
