Nice bed room, very clean, good food (well done), ground well maintained with tree /flowers planted look very attractive,I did enjoy birds watching within the hotel compound .Nice kitchen and BBQ , not congested 

The safari company Oltomure booked this hotel the night before going for safari.
Rooms are big enough with an spacious bathroom. Staff was good but some of them with almost no English. Restaurant food expensive for what you get.
Neighborhood not the best far from city centre.

We spent one night in this hotel. The room was clean and spacious, breakfast was rich and good and staff was very kind. When we arrived there was a traditional wedding going on in the nearby premises and the lady and guy at the reception accompanied us to the party so that we could see how a traditional wedding was! They were very kind and we really appreciated this hotel!

Home to stay in Arusha 

Just ok for the night before safari.

Good hotel

The place is nice but the nearby area is not so good.
Also, too many mosquitoes.
Staff was ok, took too long to process any request.
There is a small restaurant. They can customise food based on your requirements too.

Decent stay

It's always hard to gauge the quality of a hotel when it's in a different market than you're used to... that said, the hotel was safe and secure, with friendly and accommodating staff who helped make the stay comfortable.  The food was good but not great.

The rooms were a mix of clean and not - in both rooms I stayed in, the shower had drainage issues and leaked onto the bathroom floor.

Wifi was spotty during each of the three days I stayed here, and power was out for parts of two of the three days as well.

The staff were probably the highlight, helping me store my bags when I was away on a safari, helping arrange a tour guide into town, and coordinating a taxi to the airport.

Overall I'd recommend this a viable hotel option, though I agree with some other reviewers who suggest the price point may be a bit high.

Safe though not very clean

As most of the hotels in Arusha, due to high criminality, in small hotels you feel like in jail. High fences and gates. The staff was polite, friendly and helpful as all the people who work  in Tanzania tourism industry (amazing). The food good but overpriced. It is located in an area you wouldn't walk alone but only in a car.
