I stayed at many hotels during my trip to the Central Asia and Hilton Dushanbe was the best of all the hotels. The suite I had was nicely decorated and very clean. The front desk staff were very friendly. The executive lounge was not open so I got a credit to use at one of the restaurants. The location is not close to the main attractions but if you don’t mind taking a cab this is a perfect hotel for you.

The best hotel in Dushanbe

I fell in love with the spa of this hotel, which brought me only positive emotions. The welcoming hospitable staff were always friendly and lovely. One person that made me appreciate this place is a man named Ismail. This worker does his job with full of heart. Thank you for this experience.

Serenity

I stayed there 15 nights in relation to a business travel.
I spend generally an average of 200 nights/year in hotels from similar category, so I consider myself to be demanding and rarely to feel home.
The hotel is decent. 
Room is top cleaned.
The hotel got sauna, a nice bar and a disco (opens Friday and Saturday evenings).
Breakfast is delicious and changing, which is excellent comparably to other hotels where you got the same choice every day.
Personnel with no exception are extremely polite, professional and hospitable.
One front office really made the difference in my stay, Mr. Shodi.
Not only that he was very capable and has outstanding skills of solving any issues within minutes (eg. transaction which I did in the wrong currency), he was also very human, kind and authentic. I enjoyed to talking to him when he had free time, it felt like he is a brother to me. 
I consider him one of the best front office which I met in my life.
For the first time in years, I felt home in this hotel and wished that my trip isn't going to end.
It touched me much at personal level, the level of hospitality in this hotel, it felt really like by the family.
Hopefully, I will try to convince my manager to be more often in Dushanbe for any projects or extension.

Overall a great experience and good service. The two restaurants, InAzia and Zaitun, served up the best food I had in Dushanbe and the staff - particularly Anush, Farouk, Shuhrat and Muhammad - were friendly and treated the long term guests like family.

Good International Hotel

The spa of this hotel became my favourite  place to be. It brings me peace and joy. Also they got the most respectful and warmhearted working staff. I noticed one person that is different from other workers is the man called Ismoil. Every time I see him, he got his hands doing something. Here I am gonna leave some photos of him.

Place full of serenity

The spa of this hotel turned into my favourite place to go. I absolutely love everything about it. Service staff are the most kind and warmhearted people I have ever known. They are always kind and welcoming. There is one person out of them all, which differs from the other ones. His name is Ismoil. Whenever I see him, he always be working and putting effort and doing the best from him side. I’m gonna leave some photos of him working.

Most peaceful spa

To be honest, this hotel has one of the best guest welcoming service comparing to other hotels in this city. 
One worker that I admired due to his friendliness and work enthusiasm is a man whose name is Ismoil. The days that I see he is at his work. He is very welcoming and always offers help when needed.

Calmest and most relaxing place from the ones I know about

The hotel is located in the heart of the city. The breakfast was simply amazing. The staff is very professional and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was really good. I would recomment the hotel for short or long stay. It was really a good experience.

Perfect stay

Great hotel with ample size room and ensuite and in a lovely part of the city. Appears to be views from all the rooms and you will notice many skyscrapers. The city is really a stunning night-lit walking city and from the hotel's excellent location,  you can visit many of the sights as well as restaurants, retail therapy and grocery shops.

Top hotel and location

The hotel exceeded my expectations. The cleaniess of the hotel was impeccable from the entrance, spa, gym, bathrooms throughout the hotel, meeting room and my room. I loved being able to utilize the gym, sauna and steam room any time I wanted to because it was 24/7. The restaurants had amazing food and service. I was able to utilize the concierge service which was the best.
