What was good

Perfect location in the heart of the Old City. The interior reminds of old Scandinavian fairy tales about the Mountain King. The staff is super friendly and try to help you as much as possible. Rooms are located underground, so beware if you have the claustrophobia. In any other case, you will simply adore this place and will be glad to return one day.

What was bad

When we came to the hotel the door was closed and there was no staff inside. It turned out that the registration desk is open only until 5 pm. and if you come later you have to manage your check-in by yourself. They provide you with all necessary information(your room number and digital codes for both your room door and the front one) in advance my e-mail. Unfortunately, the message to me was sent too late (just three hours before I come so I had no option to check mail inbox). I'd be happier to receive that kind of important information a few days earlier. There is a note on the website about breakfast option at extra cost. In reality, it used to be so and there is no breakfast anymore.
