My experience with them was terrible. I booked the place on booking.com a month ago, and then they messaged me and told me to cancel the reservation. Their actions led to the collapse of plans. had a worst conversation

Worst

The place is far from a hotel, even a hustle. I don't know why people give them this rank, which is misleading. The place was really cold and there was no heater!!

The toilet and shower were disturbing. 15 liters of warm water and then you should have waited for 15 minutes naked in the cold so you can continue washing.

The room walls were dirty, and our room smelled so bad, sheets were smelled like someone peed on them.

I think the price doesn't worth all this, maybe a few dollars more give you a much better experience.

Bad exprience

We stayed one night here and even though the staff was very friendly the room was rather filthy and moldy. Also the place was very cold we had to use 2 blankets.

Friendly stuff but rather dirty place

Very nice guy who ran the guesthouse, he was wonderful! But the room was not so nice, the bathroom did smell and not much hot water, the covers in bed did not feel clean.

Nice place, attentive staff. Good lobby with comfortable sofas. Close to the center and shops.They have shared kitchen so you can cook if you have special diet. And kitchen is clean which is not common there

Totally saisfied

Located walking distance to the centre of Nuwara Eliya along a well lit road. The best part of this stay was the owner/manager Shifan who was really helpful - he even washed our clothes for free!

Breakfast was tasty, and Shifan packed a breakfast box for us when we left to Horton Plains at 5am to catch the sunrise.

Couple of friends visited Nuwara Eliya as a get together.

We had a superb time at this hotel.

We became delighted customers of the hotel as they provided everything necessary. BBQ arrangements, hot water, fully arranged kitchen and a nice view are some of the elements we enjoyed.

Manager Mr. Shifan is a natural host. 

We guarantee a best stay for Nuwara Eliya guests.

Hospitality at its surpassed best

My girlfriend and I walked in without booking and the hotel was very accommodating! They gave us a lovely big room at a great price! 

The hotel is situated right between the ‘high street’ and the lake so this worked well for us! 

The staff were great, they organised a scooter for us to rent and Tuk Tuk! 

2 happy travellers!

Very comfortable room with extremely friendly and helpful manager and staff in this hotel that’s in a very good situation in a beautiful part of the country. Highly recommended.
