It's private owned hotel.  It's kind of B&B.The room is quite big,  clean.  Also,  there is air condioner in the room.The bath room is not so big,  but, still, no problem at all.  The hot water is worked well from the shower.There are tea cups,  glasses,  thermos(teapot for the boiled water),  some tea bags,  bottled water prepared.     Also,   the view from the balcony is nice!!They serve breakfast(depends the reservation).  It's very nice.  The hotel owner cook it for the guests.The location is about 3～4KM from Kandy city center,  Kandy railway station.    If you take "tuktuk" from there,  It's costs about 350～500Rs.  It depends on the time.If you are tired of regular style hotel,  I recommend this hotel.   You can have a communication with real Sri Lanka people.The hotel owner family is very nice and friendly.If  I have a opportunity to go to Kandy again,  I am going to stay this hotel, for sure!!

Perfect view, friendly host, awesome breakfast, good price. What else do you need during the travel? I have never rated accommodations as 10/10 but in that case ready to break the rules. Lovely place to stay in Kandy

If you want a getaway place near busy Kandy, that is the perfect place. The host is very friendly and helpful. Good view of the city from a distance; especially the night view is interesting. Stayed for one day

If you want a getaway place near busy Kandy, that is the perfect place. The host is very friendly and helpful. View from the windows is spectacular. Villa is freshly renovated. You can use a kitchen to cook food or order in from the nearest restaurant.

It’s located just outside Kandy, which is a really good thing because it’s relaxing and a tuk tuk into the city costs only a couple of dollars. 

The owner (Rameera) is one of the nicest people you’ll ever meet and will do anything for you. Whether you need transport, dinner reservations, guided tours, laundry, massages or general life advice - he knows somebody who will do it for a really good rate. This saved us a lot of money during our stay.

Rameera’s English is brilliant. He also has a degree in travel and tourism. His father is a good driver and his mother is a brilliant cook. Breakfast was excellent and her traditional Sri Lankan rice and curry was one of the best we had on the island.

Stay here. You won’t regret it. This is the first review I’ve ever written and that’s because they all thoroughly deserve it. I miss them already.
