18 reviewsWe stayed here for 3 nights as we are cycling around and Sri Lanka for 2 months and have come to the end of our vacation . This hotel is right on the beach with a balcony overlooking the beach, we could hear the waves at night. It survived the tsunami of 2004 and the building is tired but has “good bones” It was clean, had a comfortable bed, hot water and a very good breakfast. We paid a few dollars and used the pool a few doors down as we liked the pool setting better. We loved our stay here. We could have doubled or tripled the cost for more luxury but in all honesty we found this a little gem. The train station is across the road so very convenient. Staff were lovely
