If I could give a 0 or even -5 I would. Have travelled to 20 countries solo and this was the worst experience ever. It's not a hotel as the name suggests but house of an sore, surly old man in a residential area with nothing nearby. I booked for 2 nights and fully paid using agoda and mailed them too about my flight timings with no acknowledgment, that should have rung warning bells in the first place but I didn't make much of it as this never happens at any professionally run property. I reached at this horrible place at 3 am and every door was locked and not a single light was on, there is no mobile or customer service number either, their website is defunct too. The landline number on the booking was not answered. I banged on the doors till 4 am and called on the phone constantly. Finally 2 men opened at 4 am looking extremely annoyed. I showed them the booking and the man had no idea, he clearly had not seen his mails. He scrolled his phone for sometime and found the booking which he had not bothered to check earlier and said you have to pay if you want to stay.He said he does not take agoda bookings, so why the hell is the place listed on agoda ??? Why doesn't he take it down ?? I showed him the payment confirmation and he refused to let me in still asking for more money. Then he told me to go find somewhere else to stay at 4 am. So here I was, a solo woman with luggage stranded in a foreign country with nowhere to go despite having a fully paid booking. And the old man was extremely surly and disrespectful........I would never ever recommend anybody going to this place and hope it shuts down for good.

Worst experience of my life

A family hotel where the tourist get pampered for a very reasonable price. 
Very friendly and helpful staff, fair breakfast, clean standard rooms. Close by beach, shops and main road . Excellent stay even for the pampered tourist . You won’t regret it.

An eye opener for the tourist

The advertisements online and the real thing does not do any good to the guests.  It is an old building full of mold and mildew.  Torn towels, carpets, sheets and curtains.  The place need upgrade and change in management.
