The place is run by the family all very nice and helpful. To communicate, speak to the sons easyer nevertheless if you need anything you can ask the mom and dad they will understand what you need. They also can bring you to an elephant safari at minneryia with there jeep wich was very nice and you can do other things the same day (ie: lion rock or pidurangala rock which i recommend because its the same heights as the lion rock, just next to it so you can take picture on top with lion rock on the background and mostly because the entrance fee is wayyy cheaper only 500 roupie per pax vs 4600 roupie at lion rock with very long queue (2 hours) to go on the top since all the tourist go there), if you ask they can also organize taxi to colombo airport and motorbike to go around.

For the accomodation its like what you pay for with actually more space than what i expected. I took the lowest price room (around 8usd per night) no a/c wich is ok because its not hot at night, room is spacious with good quality bed, muskito nest but i didnt need any and a spacious bathroom. Just be ready for chilly morning cause there is no hot water but for the price the rooms are brand new, very clean and family very friendly.

Good value for money 

We arrived at 8pm and the room was not ready. We got very dirty sheets, no blankets (we had to ask for them). We booked the room for 4 person, but didn´t know that the 4th bed is special - it was very special, only frame with some desks inside and poor mattress...

Very sad solution of the bathroom, the water doesn´t flow away after shower....

By paying was the final price higher than on booking.com (as we have booked) and we asked for some discount because of the 4th bed and they said even higher price than by the first time.
