This was such a lovely comfortable hotel. Rooms were spacious and clean.  Check-in was so easy and the staff were so friendly.

The kids enjoyed swimming in the pool & walking around the gardens.

Food in the hotel was good. Sena was very attentive and so friendly. 

Highly recommend this hotel.

Comfortable hotel and friendly staff

Lovely hotel with great grounds for kids to run and play safely. Good pool and outdoor eating areas. Lovely attentive staff especially Senna. Good sized rooms with clean and safe facilities. Could have stayed longer than 2 nights. Our family was very happy Thank you 🙏

Great resort style hotel with lovely staff

Ishani and Udana was nice in helping us to book the hotel and helping us in the in arrival and departure. Rooms were very clean food was not bad . Dining area people were very friendly and helpful.the place and the environment was very nice all in all it was good stay

Palwehera Village Resort is a wonderful escape nestled in a calm and quiet location, perfect for relaxation. Its strategic location makes it an excellent base for visiting Sigiriya and Dambulla, two of Sri Lanka’s iconic landmarks.

The service here is truly commendable. Every staff member goes above and beyond to ensure guests have a memorable stay, leaving the resort with smiles and pleasant memories.

A special mention goes to the General Manager and the Chef, who are doing an exceptional job running the place seamlessly. Their dedication reflects in the resort's overall ambiance and quality.

Highly recommend this place for anyone seeking a serene getaway with top-notch hospitality!

Excellent experience

Since I had entered the hotel, the staff had been very helpful and friendly. Everytime I ask them for something, they would respond fast and help with whatever the task is. Then how they talk is also very friendly and respectful. Their service had been way greater than that of what you would expect.

Furthermore, talking about one of the most important facts, the food. Well, the food had been very clean, well served and had been healthy as well; it had been always fresh. Then the buffet has a good variety of food ranging from Sri Lankan to foreign food.

Then the rooms had been very clean and well maintained, it had been very comfortable, not the most luxurious but it is way worth the money.

The atmosphere was great, it was surrounded by the nature from all sides, it had a great swimming pool good for all heights as the deepest side is 2m and the shortest 2ft. The water is very clean.

Thus, this would be one of the few hotels that I would personally recommend to someone. This hotel helped create life long memories that's unforgettable with my family. Thank you Palwehera Village Resort for making this possible.

Very nice and clean hotel with friendly staff. Ik we come to Sri Lanka we will book again!
We felt like home here.
The food was excellent and there was a beatiful pool.
We were warm welcomede with a very tadtfull drink.
They did thee very best to make us feel at home.

Relaxing en enjoying

Great place with very nice and attentive staff. You need to stay there. Place is nice and comfortable, full of trees and green, surrounded by a paddy field - more green - easy travel to lot of attractions and peaceful. Food is very tasty.  
But for locals: don't expect a good buffet, it is very limited and items are very much like what you make at home.

Nice place with good staff

Comfortable room and very friendly staff, especially Ashoka helped our group with everything and his English was very good. They help you with everything. Swimming pool is great and surrounded by trees so in the shade. 
Breakfast and dinner are tasty!

Great place to stay

This was easily the nicest place we stayed during our time in Sri Lanka. The staff are super friendly and hospitable. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable and the pool is incredible. It’s in a lovely quiet area but still close to Sigiriya and all the sites. The food was also really excellent.
