Myself and 5 friends have just returned from potes, we stayed at casa Las Vegas in the 5 bedroom house it was spotless with plenty of towels . The outside area has a bbq and is well kept
Pilar was delightful couldn't do enough to help us. The underground car park is a huge bonus for motorcycles 
Would highly recommend and will definitely return 

Fantastic place 

The owner Pilar one of nicest people we have ever met and the friendliest welcome. Even though we couldn’t speak each other’s language with the help of google translate we managed fine. A lovely homely apartment with nice mountain views. Couple mins walk into centre of town. Secure garage parking for motorcycle. We based ourselves here for 3 nights and explored the Picos definitely recommend 😊

We highly recommend this apartment for one or several days. The owner, Pilar, could not have been more helpful. She used er phone to translate our conversations, all this with great humour! The apartment was very well equipped, spotlessly clean and conveniently situated for a quiet stay, yet, near all points of interest.
We did not use the swimming pool, although available, or her lovely garden to admire her many flowers. 
Our car was also safely parked in a communal garage.
We went out every morning for breakfast (for only 6 Euros for 2)
So many walks to do close by. We did the 14.5 kms circuit at the top of Fuente De téléférique, but did not enjoy the second part of the walk, because of muddy terrain and flies. 
The walk above Potes was superb.Walking sticks were welcomed for both walks.
We had an evening meal at Hotel Oso in Cosgaya and recommend it.

Warm welcome despite language difficulties

Excellent accommodation in a perfect location for the great town of Potes. The accommodation was perfect for our group of nine, based over three floors with three bathrooms and an additional one on the ground floor. Living and cooking area was excellent and the main table would easily accommodate twelve. Our host could not have done more for us ..... marvellous. A great bbq in the garden area with an amazing fig tree hanging over it ... lovely fresh figs.. I don’t think there would be any accommodation that would suit a large group to this standard in the Potes area. it was perfect!!!!.
