This is a self check-in hotel. There is no staff in site. If you book with Hotels.com be sure to directly contact the property prior to the day you check in. Otherwise, the hotel is located in a quiet residential area close to the Metro. I needed just one night at a cheap hotel not far from the airport. This was perfect.

Everything was strait forward getting into the property. Was sent a code, all worked perfectly. Room was lovely and clean and bed was so comfortable. Even has a cafe next door.

This was a pleasant surprise..no frills, clean, convenient place to sleep and shower after long traveling and early flight in the am

Easy to check-in,  clean, close to airport.

Walking distance to metro station, quiet, nice neighborhood with a nice restaurant below, no staff but very easy and convenient online check-in. Very good option close to the airport for travelers.-

Newly renovated bathroom. Kitchenette in the room with microwave and fridge and sink

I think this place is a bit expensive for what it is. However, I have to say that it was 2 of us in a quadruple room, so for a family it is a good deal. A bit difficult to get to with public transportation. They definitely need to install some kind of blind to keep the light out when you sleep. It was pretty clean.

You really need to do the check in online otherwise you could not entre the property.

Self check in, clean, economical

Good place for a family

Confortable, quiet, and clean. Has fridge, microwave and air conditioned. We did not use much as we had all meals out, but was very handy to keep water fresh and make a cup of tea before going to bed. There is a lot of cafes and restaurantes in the area where you can eat well at affordable price.s. The property is located above a cafe that offers nice breakfast and meals and has a friendly environment. Good conection to the city centre. Staff is friendly.  We will look for a room in the same  next time we visit Madrid.

I liked the neighbourhood a lot. The hotel owner was cool, it wasnt a crowded hotel which was nice in my personal opinion i would rate 4/5 when i think how cheap it was to stay there but what i didnt like was that you couldnt lock the balcony doors from inside and the balcony was shared with 3 other rooms so i was a little scared of my macbook getting stolen but it didnt :) it would also be helpful to add the areacode number to the hotels phone number i think it was 00 34..

Pleasant stay

im arrive a bit early after such long journey for me, and the owner notice that im super tired, so he let me to stay in other room for relax while my room is ready ... nice ...
