You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 600 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that this property does not have a reception. Please note that there is extra charge for late check-in starting from 00:00 as follows: From 00:00 to 02:00 EUR 150; From 02:00 EUR 200. Late check-out is subject to availability at a charge of 50% of the night rate until 16:30. After 16:30 guests will be charged another night rate. All guests will be required to produce a valid booking confirmation voucher as well as the original card used for payment and a valid photo ID upon arrival. Please note that only the number of guests indicated at booking can enter the property.
