Went to stay in this hotel for 7D6N in September 2017
Once you arrived in this hotel, you can already see from the lobby that it is just a average hotel. 

The rooms that we stayed in was on the 7th floor. Comfortable for 2
However, we didn't know that higher floors like on the 8th and 9th are bigger.

Room amenities were okay as they provide basic stuffs like other hotels do.
Room TV was quite good, surprisingly many TV channels to entertain you through the night.

Location for the hotel was great, nearby there were a lot of midnight snack shops, night-life entertainment, LOTTE Department Store, LOTTE Mart and etc. It was like than 5,000 won for taxi fare to get to the LOTTE Department Store from the hotel. If you want to book a taxi, you can go to the Hotel's reception area and tell them where you are heading to. They will help you book for taxi, quite a fast process (less than 5 mins.) 

Hotel staffs were friendly and kind however their English proficiency was limited.
Hotel Breakfast were meh, just the same dishes every morning, worse than most hotel breakfast buffets. I think they need to change the type of food every morning as people will get sick of it eating everyday. 

The hotel's 3rd floor was a Shabu-Shabu restaurant which serves good food. You must pay around 18000 won to 25000 won. I think this restaurant was quite famous as I saw many people that are not staying in this hotel coming here to eat.

Overall, I would give 3/5, just an average hotel. If you want to stay in bigger and more comfortable rooms, you should request for 8th and 9th floor rooms, they are much bigger than normal. The rooms on the 9th floor I saw, came with Jacuzzi and bathtub. So please request for higher floors.

Cozy but small

I had to change my travelling schedule in the last minute, so this hotel was totally unplanned for, I arrived there around 23.00 and I had a car picking me up at 04.00 next morning, so it was just work on laptop and sleeping.
The room was small, as for such a place, but definitely bigger than a hotel next to Tokyo train station, where it was either me, or my baggage inside.
The reception desk attendant was nice and showed me outside the hotel where I can go for shopping at that late hour.
Clean room and bathroom, quite place, I did not hear a sound at that time in the entire hotel.
As opposed to places like China, there are plenty channels on the TV (including in  English), only to have time for  them.
Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

Very good for a night

This hotel is located on the South side of Ulsan towards Busan. The rooms are not big, the interior is fine. Breakfast is included in the rate of 100 000 Won. The location is some years old, but still in good condition. There is some night life around, but not much.

Since hotel charges are quote high in South Korea this hotel has a very good value but average standard. For business jobs, this is fine.

In business ok

As hotels in downtown Ulsan is quite limited and Lotte Hotel wasn't available, I had to stay in this hotel for sometime. The quality of service was quite average and the rooms were not so well equipped. All-in-all, I would rate it as comfortable. The room was small but cosy. Staff have limited English proficiency. Breaksfast (ala-carte) was included with the room rates. 

Food menu was adequate serving western and Korean dishes. There are many local restaurants nearby, easily accessible by foot. Some fried chicken, pizza and cafes are also near the hotel. A bank and a hospital is also located near the hotel.

3-Star Hotel

Friendly staffs, smooth check in, not the first visit, a pre arranged booking by shipping agent after job done. Small room to start with, but for one person is just nice for the superior/deluxe room. If with family, will have to get bigger room perhaps. 
All equip with normal stuffs in the room, mini bar, coffee, etc. No bath tub though. Comes with in room heater during cold season. 
The cafe served nice western dishes, like pasta,etc and nice salads as well. Big servings too ! Buffet was abit letdown due to limited choices.
