I love Kidari. I was booked the room at the last minute, but the staff was so nice. They even asked me when I would arrive and waited for me. Though it was late night, but the staff explained everything very well, I could wash my clothes and dry it till morning. The room was tidy, it has locker for each person. Everything was so neat and tidy. There was breakfast I could self-service and a free bonus banana ^^ it was so close to Haeundaeu and other convenience store. Plus: plenty towel you can use.

Nice Guesthouse

Our family of 5 stayed here (kids 7, 9. and 11), and while it worked at the time, I wouldn't go back. The location is within a couple of blocks of Haeundae Beach, free parking was available, and eggs, bread, juice, and coffee were available for breakfast, making it a great location and value. The staff were friendly, although with the language barrier our communication was minimal. They did kindly put away a board game featuring a bell after we were kept awake the evening before by fellow lodgers playing into the night. My average rating comes from the thin walls, and the fact that our Western bodies just can't handle traditional Korean sleeping arrangements (extremely thin pad, or yo, on wood floor). My 9 year old awakened one morning and exclaimed, "How are Koreans so happy if they have to sleep like this?!" That one got a laugh, and we told her it is a cultural experience. If you don't mind a little noise from your neighbors and a hard sleeping surface, this place might be perfect for you.

Value near Haeundae Beach

My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights. Loved this place it's far from the airport and bus station but easy to get to with the metro which is less than 5 minutes from kidari. 
Haeundae beach is a few minutes walk it's beautiful easily spend a day enjoying the beach. 
The kitchen is great really well equipped and the guest house is really clean. The beds are not western style at all just mats or matress on the floor but they are comfy.
Staff are great really friendly.
Go to haeundae market it's 2 minutes walk for some korean foods. A lot of seafood 

Beautiful little friendly place

This is a lovely guesthouse and is nestled amongst the glitzier and colourful love hotels/motels.  We stayed 2 nights in a private 4 bedder family room with ensuite bathroom/toilet.  The positive remarks are as follows:
1) location is great, near to everything
2) facilities was great, all necessities provided i.e. towels, shampoo, shower gel, face wash, hairdryer
3) breakfast was generous with good quality juice, bread and coffee
4) staff could speak good English and able to help us out on where to go and find good food
5) intimate little place and we have full access to the lounge and kitchen as we have the whole place to ourselves when there are a few guests for the day
6) air-condition is provided although it was spring 
7) security was good with password protected main door and room doors
8) free wifi and very good speed, free computer to use as well with printer
9) free music at the lounge, very soothing songs

Now the not so good points, if they work on it, would give this place a higher score:
1) the beds are super hard and I like hard mattresses so this is really really hard, some may not be able to sleep comfortably on it, suggestion, change mattresses or lay it with a few more layers of quilt?
2) the rooms are not sound proof, we had to suffer the noise of children running in the room right above ours!
3) as the staff do not stay in the property, may cause some concerns for some who needs help? We had a guest checking in late at night and we were not sure to let her in or not due to security reasons. On the same note, we found the main door to be wide open left open by some inconsiderate guests
4) what are those wooden stuff blocking the main entrance?  Spoils the facade of the guesthouse immensely....hope they are cleared up as soon as possible.
5) maybe provide tea and milk as well for breakfast? A bit much to ask but butter would be marvelous to go with the yummy good quality bread.
6) the rooms are really tiny but I guess they can't do much about it,we had hardly any space to put our luggages since they are 4 of us but the bathroom attached was large in comparison and super nice for shower after a hard day shopping and walking

Quaint little guesthouse!! Good quality!!Try it!!

We loved this guesthouse. The owner, Kim, is able to speak good english, he is helpful and gives good suggestions on places to visit. We loved having the complimentary breakfast with Paris Baquette bread, eggs and orange juice!!we really enjoyed our stay here.
