Stayed with family for a week the accommodation was very clean (spotless) in a nice quiet location with good facilities.The hosts Mollie and Willy were lovely, their knowledge of the area and recommendations were really appreciated. Had a great week and would absolutely stay again

A pleasant and relaxing experience 

Edelweiss never disappoints. Mollie & Willi are the friendliest, kindest hosts and the rooms are always spotless. With their new solar panel installation, loadshedding isn't a problem either. Amazing!

Excellent!

Lovely spot - perfect for the party we were attending at blue creek. Mollie was super accommodating. Rooms were large and clean. And the continental breakfast was an absolute treat with loads of delicious cold meats

My wife and I stayed at Edelweiss for a week during a business trip to South Africa. We had a wonderful room and really enjoyed staying with our amazing hosts, Molly and Willie.

We will definitely stay there the next time we are in Stellenbosch.

Wonderful week at Edelweiss Bed & Breakfast

I received a warm welcome and was at ease from the start. Mollie and Willie are very hospitable and gladly helps with information and tips about the surrounding area. The rooms are beautiful, spacious and very clean, serviced every day. The bed is extremely comfortable and the continental breakfast delicious. I stayed for two weeks and the quality of service was maintained throughout. I will recommend Edelweiss to anyone.

Very friendly and welcoming owners. Always supportive for any questions, bookings and recommendations. 
A nice garden with a terrace where we've spent a lot of hours relaxing, drinking or playing with the dogs. 
Clean and modern rooms. Close to Stellenbosch And De Zalze Golf, flop 5 minutes to Stellenbosch center.  
We've enjoyed the time being here. 


Friendly and welcoming B&B

We stayed at Edelweiss for 2 nights as we had a wedding in Stellenbosch. Although being locals we wanted to stay close by to not drive back to Cape Town. Mollie and husband were great hosts and made us feel right at home. We absolutely fell in love with their friendly dogs. Everything was clean and the area was close to the Stellenbosch town. Would definitely recommend this B&B to anyone that loves animals.

Wonder warm hosts

Old fashioned values of the owners brought us a fantastic experience in every sense of the word at almost too reasonable a price.  Don't change anything.  Needless to say everything is clinically clean and efficient.
