Pictures are very misleading and are not of the organisation.  Dirty, bedsheets with cigarette burns, dirty shower.  Rude unfriendly staff who are not helpful.  Drug dealers and prostitutes who operate from the building make noise all night long, you'd be lucky if you sleep.

This place is very good in times of need, especially when your budget is very low to can afford luxurious accommodation. I've slept at this place more than five times and will still sleep again. The manager of the place Earnmore always makes sure that his clients are more than welcome.

Budget accommodation

We booked through their website and as normal gave card details to guarantee the booking. When we arrived no payment had been charged so we opted to pay by cash. After we left we realized that they also charged the stay on my card. I called them and of course they accepted the 'mistake' and promised to refund the money. A month later nothing. 
We stayed for 5 nights and had no issues with our room.
However their behavior ruined our holiday and the impression for the country as this has never happened before.

DOUBLECHARGED!!

My stay was good:The place was calm and quiet, the service not so good, the room was clean and confortable.

My partner and I were in Pretoria this past weekend and needed affordable overnight stay in the City, well all I can say is this place is not for the faint hearted! 

Firstly I made a booking prior to the visit only to find out that my "booking" was not done therefore resulted in paying extra to the agreed amount as the room I wanted was not available. 
When we got to the room, no bath or hand towels, no mirror in the room, limited parking, Only one drinking glass and one wine glass, the bathroom rooms needs serious renovations as the ceiling paint was peeling off.
The air con was not working and not your standardised DSTV channels. They using other television channels I prefer not to mention by name. 
Noise levels of music, chats and cars coming and going like the N1 Highway at odd hours of the night is definitely not for us light sleepers. Booked to Hotel 224 the next day!
At least the fridge and microwave were working though! 
Not the ideal place to have a stay over, I am still out of words really!

The people working in the hotel once they notice you are a first traveler they will cancel your hotel booking which you have paid for and they will start asking for money and not putting you in the normal room you paid for this is so so sad please people should be very careful of this hotel my guest have to leave because they told him is booking has been cancel by him which the booking is still valid.

Too Bad not good for First Timer to SA

The place is in a quite place but there owner/ workers had no respect for people still sleeping...they started chatting and laughing loud outside. For a place advertised on the internet, one expects professionalism irrespective of the price. The parking is also a problem, whilst sleeping they wake you up to make way for another car...in honesty ill never go back.

Disappointed guest

Rooms are clean and of good size, very easy to get to and staff friendly and accommodating.Free Wifi (poor to average connection) and TV in rooms. Fridge and microwave.

Decent budget lodging in beautiful Arcadia

It was our 3rd time sleeping there and twice booking the "honeymoon" suite. It was worse than when we first visited.Check in was 12:30 but at 13:30 when we got there the room was still being prepared so we had to wait for the lady who was also a receptionist to take towels from the washing line to put in our room. There was no bathroom mat and I had to call my partner everytime I wanted to get out of the bathtub because I was scared of falling.No bowls, cups or spoons in the room. We had a long night and on the Sunday morning we got woken up by so much loud noise from the staff talking at around 6 am. I won't come back again I am sorry, there was nothing honeymoon about it and the room showed no maintainance at all. It was a waste of 600, never again.
