We booked accommodation at BEE Eaters farm for the 2017 Innibos festival, the photos that was advertised looked promising and justified a 4 star rating. However, when we arrived we were shocked and astonished with what we received. They have cleared the staff house to accommodate guests!!! Oversized, old and rotten curtains. Dirty oven with old food still in it, empty cold rooms with old steel bed frames. They robbed 7 people of their hard earned money, we did not even return and found accommodation elsewhere. They refuse to refund our money and refuse to take responsibility for the pathetic condition of the highly priced accommodation. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!! BEE Eaters Farm has new owners with no management skills, I will be surprised if this place is still standing in two years time. And if you go....good luck finding a receptionist.

Firstly the numbers on the gate to get in no longer exists so you have to wait at their mercy. Next comes searching for a receptionist for another half hour.

But the best was spending R3000 p.n for a family room which is actually the staff quaters.( and it smells)
 Was so revolted we slept in the car rather than to stay the night. DONT GET FOOLED BY THE PICTURES.

Booking in no problem.  But toilet did not work. Units need serious upkeep. Bathtub old mould around rim. Air-conditioning unit needed batteries.  Unit had damp smell . We slept  on our own blankets. Staff very friendly but I suspect no managment oversight of this potencial gem.

I have stayed here a couple of times previously.  Unfortunately I feel that the general quality has deteriorated. The breakfast is very limited - some items on the menu are not available and the rest very average.

The service is poor and the breakfast as well is poor.
The bar service is only for coloured people. Me and my family we were descriminated at the bar, they are not prestative for black people. I felt descriminated
