a damp and musty bedroom ground floor with linen that was cold and damp to touch.
we were booked for 5 nights and left with relief after one.
The room needed updating
the damp and condensation problem needs fixing.
if we had had breakfast , it would now have been served in our damp and cold bedroom.
Michael was welcoming, but it was never suggested that we could spend time in the house at all.

always my first choice stop over. comfortable, clean, scenic, spacious and private. Sandra and Michael know how to make guests comfortable. Whether there for golf, hiking, business or other interests theres no place better. ive stayed at fancourt numerous times before finding this gem. This place is far superior at a fraction of the cost and far more comfortable beds.

long road trip

Down for a very busy week, it was ideal to be based and retire at the end of the day to this lovely farmhouse. And Sandra's bircher muesli (even with almond milk!) for breakfast is a real winner - sets you up for the day! Rooms are clean and tidy with everything you need and the hospitality is unintrusive but there (was offered drinks on first night) - and sleeping with the windows open and all that fresh air - perfect!

Lovely quiet spot outside George

Spacious, light and luxurious bedroom and bathroom, doors opening out onto patio area leading to lovely colorful garden and pool areas, views stretching out as far as the eye could see; special stay pampered by attentive hosts.

Relaxing Stay

Very kind and friendly couple makes my stay enjoyable every time. The rooms are private and always neat and tidy. Hospitality is genuine with warm and deer conversations. The  garden provides lovely fragrances. I recommend this guest house if you are fond of nature and wish to relax in peaceful silence.

Stunning place

We very much enjoyed our second stay here in the lovely countryside with a great garden to relax in. The rooms are very nice and well equipped. The breakfast is really excellent and plenty of it. Nothing is too much trouble. Certainly a very happy place to stay.

Another visit just as good

We were given an incredible welcome to this lovely home with its glorious garden and pool.  We met other couples who returned there on an annual basis and that was not surprising. The breakfast choices that were offered  were exceptional and health drinks laid on upon request.  The room was lovely and full of flowers, and certainly no problems with the internet, but most of all the help and care we received getting around and finding eating places made a huge difference to our stay.   Lovely people!

Malvern Manor - Much better than any hotel.

We have just  spent two nights here.What a peaceful, tranquil home from home!   Beautiful gardens, with roses, lavender  and spectacular views of the Outeniqua  Mountains. Our room was quiet, comfortable and spacious, wuth a wonderful floral arrangement on the desk and  two comfy armchairs with a coffee table between them .
Breakfast  was delightful,  coming into a    large restful  room overlooking part of the  garden,  with Elgar playing gently in the background. Beautiful fresh fruit salad and muesli were only  part of a wonderful selection of food available 
Our hosts were so friendly, kind and attentive . It was a real pleasure to have stayed, thank you Sandra and Mike for sharing your very  "English "    feel home.It felt just like being back in the UK minus our winter weather!  We highly recommend this lovely peaceful  venue.

Just lovely!

Quiet location outside George with a beautiful garden and pool area. Sandra and Mike really care about their guest and offer help if needed. One highlight of our stay for 3 nights was the daily breakfast individually prepared and of excellent quality.
