There was a huge improvement from last year. We got our rooms on the top floor and they were totally different than down. New and big bathroom, clean and comfortable double room for 1 person. Breakfast is on a’la carte method there is no buffet table anymore which was a disaster last year. Reception staff and the waiter in the breakfast room were polite and helpful. My only complaint is the Hungarian speaker elderly cleaner who has absolutely no idea what the guest means in a hotel. She handled me as a boss to the employee or so. I would suggest educating her about a hotel staff’ behaviour.
