We stayed at La Modestie for 2 nights this augest.From check in we had an amazing experience as even though we arrived well before check-in time, Emir had a room prepared for us which was much appreciated. He told us lots of helpful information about the island and advise on where to see and what to do. The room itself was spacious, clean and comfortable. The location is perfect, with restaurants and a bus stop 2 minute walk from the guesthouse.Breakfast is served between 8am and 9am and is light and refreshing. On our second morning we had a trip booked to La Digue and had to leave the guesthouse before breakfast was being served. However Emir went out of his way to ensure breakfast was served to us before we left for the day.On our day of departure, we were allowed to checkout late and Emir personally offered to drive us to the airport.Would really recommend staying at La Modestie while visiting Praslin. Thanks a lot Emir for a fantastic stay!
