Nice mountain hotel, only 100km away from Belgrade, ideal place for family vacation . Also, very nice venue for various events with spacious congress hall - 300 seats. Rooms are clean, food is excellent and people are helpful. Strong recommendation for this place!

My company has organized its annual clients meeting in this hotel. This is second time they were our hosts and we were very satisfied with accommodation and professional attitude of hotel's employees. Hotel "Divčibare" is a three star hotel located on homonymous mountain. Rooms are spacious and clean, hotel has an indoor swimming pool and good capacity for organizing various business events, from small meetings to large conferences. Hotel is surrounded by numerous walking tracks that are well marked (it's very hard to get lost) and good both for experienced trackers, kids and senior citizens. Divčibare is a timid mountain and a perfect place for weekend break. I hope that one day I'll come back!

Just 120km from Belgrade,beautiful mountain ,surrounded with pine forest so you can enjoy beautiful view from balcony of your room.
Near farmers market and nice Church and ski slope.
In restaurant you can find combinations of traditional and modern food.
Has a swimming pool and tennis courts.
You can enjoy winter ,playing in the snow ,skiing,tubing.
Lovely for family and kids.


Nice mountain hotel 100km from capital Belgrade,three stars hotel,in the city center of DIVCIBARE,with indoor pool.
We enjoyed outdoor,restaurant ,bar,domestic malina Ice cream juice,and  traditional divcibare breakfast.
It was a Divcibare Fair and Church Holliday,st.Pantelejmons, day,wish was held on August 9th,just fue steps from hotel.
City center was crowded with people ,and liturgy was served by his holiness bishops Siluan from Australia and New Zealand.
It was divine.
You would be able to see hand made art work,church gallery,
try traditional Serbian food and enjoy traditional music.
Very pleasant festival.

Good for business meetings and perfect place for weekend break

Nice winter vocation in beautiful mountain

We planned to stay with our toddler for 6 days but decided to shorten the holiday due to rather uncomfortable mattress that caused me a backpain. Anyhow, this is the best hotel available in the mountain so not bad for couple of days. Food is nothing special, very limited choice for breakfast buffee whereas dinner is also served from menu altough they annouce it differently on their website. There is a nice backyard and forest for kids to run around.

Nice for a short stay

This time we stayed in season. The mountain is not so high so if you are coming for the snow, check the weather in advance. It melts very fast.

The good side of the hotel is that it has lobby. We have small children and we needed a hotel with lobby where they can run and play when it is dark outside.

The food is also nice. You choose you meals out of 3 choices for tomorrows lunch and dinner. And for breakfast there is a open buffet.

The rooms are spacey and all with a balcony. But the furniture is old.

There is a kids play area that is nice, but it is located in a coffee shop where smoking is allowed. And the ventilation is poor, so your kids will be breathing cigarette smoke the whole time.

The swimming pool in the hotel is small and shallow, good for small children. The water in the pool was warm enough for the children. And the air in the pool area is warm. But on the showers the water is freezing cold.

During our stay couple of evenings there was no hot water in the rooms. If you take shower before 18h you are sure that you will have hot water, and for later on it is a lottery.

And the last bad thing is that you never know will they change you towels or not. They just do not have enough towels to change them every day for all the guests. So if your room is in the end of a hall (as our was), they will run out of clean towels until they reach your room. Our towels were changed twice (first day and the fifth day) during our 6 night stay, although the were changing them every day in some rooms.

All in all, the hotel is OK, average as I have graded. But with little bit smarter management it could be much  better.

Friendly Family Hotel

Taking a look from the outside this hotel looks nice.
We stayed here because it has a nice playing area, since we're a family with toddler.
But what made me leave such a low rated review is the fact that there was no hot water at 21:30. I had to find a way to give my toddler  a bath with barely warm water.
Staff is not so friendly, except some young receptionists who were quite polite and helpful.
Food was average, thugh breakfast was good, arranged as a buffet. For lunch, same as for dinner, there were 3 types of dishes and guest should choose one.
There's some kind of a pool but it didn't look nice and clean. 
Rooms could be a bit cleaner. There were spider's nets all over the corners.
I doubt that I'll stay here again.

There are better places

the hotel was nice (from the outside) , but we were expecting more because we came with a toddler. The restaurant is ok, the food nothing special,the staff not so friendly, the pool did not look clean.
