New flat in the center of belgrade.very clean,good wifi conection,coll stuff,everithing was perfect.the best option to spend feaw days in belgrade.we will buck again in this place.greatings from sweeden :)

Best hostel

amazing atmosphair in this hostel full of good people and good energy :) i cant see the time to buck in belgrade and in melimelo.very clean apartmant in the hart of the center.thanks meli melo and see you again :)

super hostel

Its not a hostel, its an appartment that serves as a hostel. Room was packed with beds and feels a bit crowded. The cleanness was ok. Location is really good, since you are in the town center. Staff is nice and willing to help. What i resent the most, is the fact that we could not get in(!!!!!) at 4am, when we were coming home from partying! Since they dont provide keys or access cards, you  have to rely on staff to be awake at the time of your arrival. And wait, like we did! Pros - its  really cheap, so if you are looking to party in Belgrade and only the place to fall down to sleep after a wild night, its ok.

Appartment/hostel

The hostel is closed for more than 2 months and this is a big fraud! I was there for the holidays with 4 more friends and we literally stood on the street with no place to go. People that are living there told us that there are many people going there looking for this hostel.
 We went to the Downtown Central hostel, which is on the same street, and they did everything to find us a room! It's cheap, very clean, the stuff is amazing, they have a great wifi connection and the center is right across the street!

We stayed 2 nights. Locations is great, but thats the only great thing! We were 2 persons, he took us 60 eur for 2 nights!  The building itself was dirty and in the walls outside you could see the electricity cables (I personally dont find it safe nor nice - though not the hostel problem). The flat turned into a hostel is ok, but the way how they kept it, was NO GO. When we came, he took a picture of our passports instead of registering us immediately. Next day he gave us registration paper and said "Its good when you keep those papers with, for if/when police asks for them. If you dont have them you can have a trouble." Well, thank for telling, after we had run all day long all around. We got a room with a bed for 2. There was only 1 blanket! It was very thin one, and by no chance big enough to cover us both. So we took the sheet off the blanket, one was covered with a thin blanket, the other with a sheet only. And it was Cold! Next day we told it to the guy, he just said "Yes i know the problem". Well, he could have prevented it by giving us 2 blankets. The next morning in the toilet i found the spit in the toilet, and the piss, no water flushed. Next surprise: As it is a flat turned into a hostel, the bathroom window looks into the kitchen. So they were sitting in the kitchen (and seemed like there was nobody else beside us but the owners and owners' close friends) and the window in the toilet was opened wide. Try to go to pee when it is under the window under which sit the owners and you are so said all in one room. All can be heard. Some privacy please. Than, the owners were not even 24h there, most of the evening or morning, they were not visible. When we first night were getting out, if i hadn't ask for the key, they wouldn't have given us the key, though, they do lock the doors in the evening. So we would stay outside praying the devil to wake them up in order to get into the room. Besides, they sleep long in the morning, and if you would stand up in order to explore the town, and happen to need an advice or whatever, forget it, because they are not in sight. About the breakfast or coffee at least, don't even mention. Next problem, the hostel shield is so small, you cannot see it easy. 2 Times we were driving by and not even noticing it. I am serbian myself, not living in serbia. Hostel is owned by serbian-greek people. I love both serbs and greeks. BUT! Come on, wake up and do something for this hostel. How they expect people to get back? Im sure not going back, and i dont recommend this hostel.
