Hotel Is Bit far from Haram there is loads of Construction going near hotel its Very Noisy in the Morning we changed Room after 1 night other side was less noisy it rained day before our arrival the Streets were flooded as area is under construction.The hotel Bus service is one way only just before prayer time on way back you will walk or Taxi ride The Receptionist was very Rude on Check out we wanted to checkout 11PM as we had time till 11AM next morning he said be quick and wait in lobby u cant stay in even for 30 mins very Rude

But my room was locked by staff,had to wait 2.5 hours in lobby for them to open the room again even I had already a night prior n showed them the receipt of extended check out time. No iron in room. No microwave. Staff refused to microwave my food in lobby.i was charged for breakfast on time of booking n then I was told I’ll have to pay for sahoor n hotel will provide iftar dinner . Worst experience.wont recommend it to anyone

My best stay in Medinah so far. Given the inconvenience of the location, everything else was really good. Very homey. As good a 3-star hotel as it gets! Very hospitable and friendly

Apart from construction, it’s a very nice and comfy hotel. Sar 15 will take you to Haram. Or walk will take 20-30mins. Nice breakfast. The construction notice will wake you up at 7am.

Amazing and relaxing hotel, the staff where supper friendly and attentive the room was comfortable and luxurious overall an unforgettable experience would definitely recommend!!

No heating... It's winter time February and nights are cold. They didn't have any heating to offer not even a plug in heater.

Nice hotel but a bit out the way walking to masjid xan be 15 minutes

This property is very far away from the Prophets mosque and literally requires a taxi to get to the Main Street and a long walk to get to the Prophets grave. This is literally a 3.9 km walk. I would not recommend this hotel for families that are going to visit. The rooms were also very substandard and small bathrooms. The service is good overall but when as soon as you step outside the hotel the area surrounding it is very run down. Hotels in Madina are very expensive and due to this reason staying here might be more economical.

Excellent brand new hotel masjid e nawabi is about 10 minutes walk. Come out from the hotel and take a right straight down until you get to the main road then take a left and you will see the masjid from there straight down.
