I like the Ostrovok service, they are professional and solve the problem nicely.
What was bad
This hostel can't receive foreigner, it costs me 3 hours to get a hostel which name LOFT HOSTEL from Ostrovok. However, I am very disappointed about the LOFT Hostel service, their staffs have bad attitude to me.On the LOFT hostel I am supposed to be check out at 12:00, but they ask me to check out on 10:38, I am very very disappointed and upset about this service atti
