The room space very tight , no elevator and they’ve give us a rooms in the upper floor while i have older women and kids , they should have bellman with additional pay at least to help the guest for their luggage , once we reached the hotel door locked with access i was not aware they must informed the guest before he arrived cuz I didn’t have internet to connect and no russian sim card yet to contact the hotel i was waiting till
