Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. As part of the major repairs of buildings in St. Petersburg, from 01.04.2024 to 31.10.2024, in the building where the hotel is located, the Committee for Urban Development and Architecture of the city of St. Petersburg is carrying out repair work to restore the facade and courtyard of the building. An extra bed — a folding bed — is available upon request and subject to availability for an additional fee: from 01.04 to 30.09 and from 29.12 to 08.01 the additional payment is RUB 1500.00 per day.
A baby cradle is provided free of charge.
Meals are provided only for main beds; meals are not provided for extra beds.
When booking an additional bed, breakfast and dinner are not included in the price and must be paid on site. Breakfast — RUB 900.00 per extra bed, dinner — RUB 950.00.
It is possible to provide a child's bed as an extra bed. Children aged 0 to 7 years inclusive stay free of charge.
The hotel offers guaranteed early check-in, the cost is 100% of the previous day's payment. Non-guaranteed early check-in is available free of charge from 08:00, subject to availability. Late check-out before 17:00 is paid in the amount of 50% of the cost of one night's stay. Late check-in after 17:00 is paid in the amount of 100% of the cost of one night's stay.
Pets weighing up to 9 kg are allowed. When checking in with animals, a deposit of RUB 5000.00 is required, which is refundable provided that nothing is damaged in the room. Pet fee — RUB 1000.00 per day.
Check-in at the hotel is until 00:00; after this time, check-in is possible only with prepayment in the amount of the first night.
When booking 3 or more rooms, a prepayment of one night is required.

I booked two triple rooms with breakfast but they only provided breakfast for 4 people. While it was not written anywhere on the website or voucher that breakfast is for 4 people. I asked them to prepare breakfast for two people, they told me to pay 900 rubles a day for each person. I asked the restaurant cafe to order from their menu, they said it is not possible, you have to coordinate with the hotel!! I pr
