We had a very nice time in St. Petersburg in this hotel. the stuff was friendly, our room was comfortable and very clean with a bright bathroom and the breakfast was good.
The location is perfect just next to the metro and subway station Majakovskaja, from where you can easily take the subway to the city's centre or the train for traveling to Moscow.

Perfect location, free parking in the courtyard, clean and convenient rooms, ok breakfast.

Well, almost everything was great. Probably, not the common staircase might be listed as a negative thing.
