Everything was pretty well organised and well kept, directions for everything and interaction with customers good. Good facilities

Mostly the constant heating of my room (floor 5 number 6) which made it too hot due to the unturnoffable heater. Opening the window was only a temporary solution... apart from that the mattress is quite thin and the hot water randomly turns off sometimes in the bathrooms and showers. But mostly it was a good hostel apa
