Description of the guest house

Location

Belyij Oryol Guest House is located in Sochi. Guests can get from the airport and railway station by taxi. The beach is within walking distance. The guest house is located on the first coastline, 400 meters from the beach and in the very center of the resort town with a developed infrastructure – an aquarium, a dolphinarium, a swimming pool, a concert venue, a promenade area, children's attractions, a park area, a drinking pump room and cafes and restaurants with live music and dance floors.

At the guest house

The guest house has a seating area with tables, a shared kitchen for cooking with all necessary equipment and utensils (stove, microwave, kettles, refrigerator, coffee maker, pots, pans, cutlery). There are 6 dining tables in the kitchen hall. The kitchen is available around the clock, it does not close at night. There is also a pizzeria that is open from 12:00 to 22:00.

There is an ironing area with a board and iron on each floor. A washing machine is available free of charge on the ground floor.

The guest house has 14 rooms with all amenities after renovation (January-April 2024).

The rooms are equipped with: air conditioning, refrigerator, TV, Wi-Fi, kettle, bathroom, hairdryer, towels, bed linen, slippers, gels and shampoos. Wet cleaning of rooms is carried out every other day, towels are changed on the 3rd day of stay, and bed linen is changed on the 5th day of stay.

Rooms with balconies have an in-room tumble dryer, and rooms without balconies have a special equipped area on the ground floor.
