خاب ضني في الموقع الي حجزت فيه طلبت غرفتين منفصلات و تفاجأت انه غرفه وصاله وحاول الي في الاستقبال يساعدنا بس الزمنا ندفع حول 800 دولار غير كذا لم يسلمنا الغرفه لين دفعنا المبلغ الي طلبه ل تغير الحجز و اصلن نحن حجزنا غرفتين

1. My room was in the 10th floor which doesn’t have good view., the window was high which didn’t permit me to view outside. 2. The bed and bed mattress were very old and bad. 3. No concierge which is very bad. 4. The refrigerator in the room was not working and not fixed neither replaced.

Unfortunately as an architect and hotel expert ,i know the hotel classification,this hotel is not Marriot nor is 5 stars for the following reasons:
▪️the reception don’t know the meaning of the word smile
▪️No consiarge desk or luggage man in check in
▪️No security check in entrance
Worse treating to guest and they assume all the guests are thieves ,as when we request for an extra bed for the children they ask us to come down to pay fi
