Very sad. No. 1 Two backpacks were lost in the luggage storage. The front desk did not deal with it. They said that the relevant personnel were off work and the hotel manager did not go to work at night. No.2 I stored my luggage and asked the front desk to place it in the luggage room. It has not been processed for 12 hours. I had to rush twice before placing my luggage in the luggage room. The hotel is very slow to do things, and the guests have to keep urging them to do it. No.3 I made a reservation for 5 days, but the hotel failed to process the reservation for one day and asked me to go to another worse room type. And entered my room without my permission and packed all my luggage, very rude. No.4 On the first day of check-in, the hotel was flooded. The hotel lobby was full of water, and we entered the hotel through the broken glass window of the gym.
