We stayed in Poiana for 2 nights -3 adults and 2 children. The rooms are situated less than 100m to the slopes which was ideal! The rooms were clean and the temperature was ideal although the bathroom was roasting hot. The room was equipped with a fridge and a coffee machine as well as some tea bags. Check out time was 11am but we left our luggage in the communal kitchen/living area while we had our ski lessons. I would highly recommend staying here if visiting Poiana.

Nice little apartment in a great location 

The villa was  very clean and well looked after. The host was friendly and helpful. For a family with children the suite was the perfect choice and the shared kitchen was a big plus.  Despite the fact that you will find plenty restaurants in close proximity, when you travel with kids is reassuring to have an emergency backup where to make a late night snack. The ski room was perfect for our bicycles. This villa could not be better located. The forest and the ski slopes are in front of the villa and also the cable car who can take you near the Postavarul Peak.  If you want a luxurious hotel with fancy options and all inclusive facilities then Vila Sorina is not the answer, but if you like a small, quiet and cozy villa located in the most popular place in Poiana Brasov, this is the answer.    We would definitely return for a ski holiday. 

Great little villa in the most popular place in Poiana Brasov

An excellent stop to stay at wheter you come in the summer or winter. Rooms are very nice and big, you have all you need , tv, fridge, wifi in room. A fully stocked kitchen if you want to cook breakfeast or anything or if you want to go out and eat there are several restauranta near by.

Nice place near the slopes

We loved our winter holiday at Vila Sorina. We had a standard double room. The room is big and cozy, super clean and very quiet. The bathroom has a huge shower, very nice. Despite the freezing temperature on the slopes, in the room the temperature was always warm and pleasant. I liked the private entrance of the standard double room, directly from outside, very practical. They have a heated ski room where you can put your ski equipment. There is a big lounge and a kitchen and if you prefer to make something for breakfast. All the dishes from the kitchen were spotless. The overall impression is of a beautiful and very well administrated villa which can offer a highly enjoyable and very relaxing holiday. 
In front of the villa there are the ski slopes and two cable cars. At the end of January the slopes were very good, the snow was very well groomed. They are not very long (all the slopes have 24 km) but they are within the forest, so you will have a close to nature experience (I saw a fox crossing one slope). Expert , advanced or beginner, you will find a slope that suit you.

The perfect spot for a ski enthusiast.

We stood in Vila Sorina for 5 days in Feb 2016. 
The place is perfect for those who want to ski - it is just a few meters away from the cableway, few meters from Rossignol club and Coliba Haiducilor restaurant.
The villa is spacious, rooms are very large and luminous, perfectly clean, well maintained and cozy.
There is fully equipped common kitchen with a big dining room, table boards, CD player, TV Set - just perfect to spend some quality time with your friends. 
There is also a separate room for the ski equipment. 
Also, the villa has its own parking place - free of charge, in the most busy spot of Poiana Brasov - where everybody tries to park as close to the slop as possible.
