Do not stay in this place unless you want to be asked to leave in the middle of the night. the owner of this place is the rudest person we've ever meet. long story short, we have been asked to pay for our stay in advance and we did not have problem in doing so, however when asking for receipt and invoice for payment he had tried to give us a till receipt that had a different date and time to our arrival date. the "receptionist" refused to issue a new payment receipt claiming that he doesn't know how to use the till or the computer. therefore, we have advised the "receptionist" that we will be paying on departure and he had accepted to give us the key for the room. however, on our return from dinner at 10pm we were approached by the so-called receptionist (most probably a cleaner) who had told us that his boss (owner) said to take our luggage and leave. anyone will be shocked on hearing this at 10pm and I have asked for the owners no. so we can ask why. I do not have words to describe the behaviour and language he had used while telling us to leave. he was threatening us while continuously swearing that if we do not leave right there, he will be there to "sort us out".  I do not understand how someone can invest so much in this premises and have such low customer service. it is shocking.  I do not recommend this place at all.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

We visited this place recently with a couple Who had a 3 year old daughter. Everything îs perfect, really nice.
However i am only giving it 4 stars because it has no restaurant and we had to go to the place next door and eat (perla Bucovinei)
Normally this would not be such a big deal, but i'd rather have a cosy warm breakfast downstairs than go out in the morning through cold and snow just to eat my breakfast and drink my coffee. 

Clean cosy place

We chose to stay here due the high score on booking. At first sight everything looks nice. We traveled with kids, we took the web and booking description/comments as good (that's why something seems strange) and we found the following inconsistencies:
- the restaurant was serving only breakfast - no matter the description on web page and also comments on booking.
- grill / barbecue - there's no possibility for this facility - no matter the pictures on web and facility's description.
When we asked for  permission to do barbecue - the things got strange - the host  yelled at us to go home if we don't like. 
Of course the things have degenerated - they insinuating all the time we made noise and have destroyed property and wanted to throw us out at night. 
At the end WE called the Police and they have calmed.
WAS A NIGHMARE!

Nice place - Terrible experience!

We have been here for a night. And we where amazed by the surroundings and the room as well. You should definitely try. Didn't eat but the restaurant looks fancy. 
Kids facilities included and prices are pretty cheap (150ron for a double bed room). 
Friendly personal and free parking guarded 24/7


Luxury room incredible bed comfort

A very nice and cozy place to spend your holiday. The rooms are big,clean and have a wonderful view. The staff was very helpul and kind and took very good care of us. We will come back for sure and we highly reccomend it
