Central location, clean, good wi-fi, nice staff. Recently renovated rooms. 
Breakfast at request.
Also in the area there are a lot of Pubs and small restaurants.
The Fagaras Fortress is at 5 minutes of walk.

Very good ratio price/quality

After having issues at White House pensiunea the hotel Diana went out of their way to find me accommodations. The staff was very polite and friendly, for the price the room was great and the morning breakfast was more than adequate. 
The hotel staff spoke English well with little misunderstandings.

Great place to have a quick stay over

We stayed here with friends and family for one night in August. The pension is quite cosy and clean in general, both in public areas and guest rooms. There is lots of wood everywhere which makes it quite warm.  
Rate is very cheap and for some extra money (about 3,5 euros) you can get a nice breakfast including lots of cold cuts (different salamis and ham), butter, cheese, tomato and boiled egg, tea and coffee.
It is located in the city center and is about 5min walk from the Fagaras Castle which looks stunning both during daylight and nighttime and is a must-see.
Only thing I didn't like was that our room had a street/park view and there are many cafes and bars next to the pension which are open until very late at night and are quite noisy with their open-air terraces.

Nice and cosy place to stay

Awful service (they are nice until you pay them, after that... No comment) , no towels (and if you get them they are dirty), dirty bathroom, at night they lock the entrance and if you dare ring the bell to open the door so you can get in your room (which you pay way too much for what it's worth) they give you lip for waking them up. Sewage problem, the toilet stinks badly, the shower was filthy. The floor in the room was dirty, I really don't think they even clean it. The only good thing about the whole establishment is that it's situated in the city center.
