The matresses were very flufy. The room was great! The acess from the Hotel to visit Sintra is really good. The breakfast is very pleasant and the decoration inspires us to visit the palaces. All the employees working at the hotel were really nice and helpfull.

The room was a nice size, airy and bright. Staff was very kind and made extra effort to check us in early. Facilities at this place was great. We will visit again and stay there and also recommend our family and friends.

An extraordinary stay with the family. A Great hotel with a Great team!  The location is good for a vacation to all, to a family time in particular. Nearest Lisbon. Calm place to stay and enjoy life.

I want to come back, for sure it was an excellent experience! Pleasant place to spend the weekend with your lover, really good people working their. I would say the only thing I didn’t like was the swimming pool temperature, but the Turkish bath was awesome!

Pestana Hotel Sintra

A pleasant surprise, from the service, to the room, the restaurant or the support facilities. An excellent option near Sintra, with the deserved rest in a pleasant place.
Close to access both to Sintra and north, but without the chaos of traffic in Sintra.

Holidays with Family

Very friendly hotel in good condition. Good restaurant and hygiene service. SPA and Massage service with good quality. Quiet hotel with excellent service provided by staff, always available to assist in customer needs.

weekend getaway

Great hotel, terrible snack menu. Smallest caesar salad ever with hardly any chicken, mediocre club sandwich. No a la carte menu in the main restaurant. 
The service was generally great and the resyaurant staff, tired of complaints about the poor snack menu food, urged us to complain.

Very good hotel, poor evening food

This place sells itself as a luxury golf resort near one of Portugal's loveliest towns. Well, it's not. It's just an average hotel and there's nothing special about it. It's also a bit overpriced. Honestly, everything is average from the pool to the breakfast to the reception staff.

The hotel for us and our needs is very good. The rooms suit us very well ( family room). The staff are great they are always willing to help. We have stayed here before and our opinion then was the same as now a great hotel and great facilities. It is worth noting we are not golfers so we cannot comment on that side of things. The only down side which we brought up during our last stay is the disabled parking. The hotel has no interest in policing this and really couldn’t care less. To the point that one of the disabled parking signs has been turned around so it is not visible. This is at best a breach of city ordinance and at worst blatantly illegal. These spaces could be fitted with a small barrier the same as is fitted to the electric charging bays and the keys held at reception these could be unlocked upon display of a valid blue badge. This is the biggest down side for us and shows a lack of respect for those less fortunate.

Great hotel with great staff and facilities. Not the correct amount of respect show through parking for disabled guests.
