We visited couple of weeks ago 2 adults and two kids (8 & 2).Location was perfect,very close to family and friends. Very quiet area. Free wi-fi which was really surprising.
We had a room nb 10 at the top of the villa. Very specious with kitchenette (microwave,sink,cutlery,plates,kettle,fridge etc)and bathroom. There was a large dining table and lounge with tv, wardrobe and sofa bed and main room with three single beds (bit old fashion style) ,tv and wardrobe as well. I would recommend to take travel cot if you have little one . we put two beds together but it didn't work well as the beds had barriers around so it made it more difficult if you wanted to for example use a toilet during the night. 
Buffet Breakfast is available for 15zl per person in hotel 5 minutes away from villa. We prepared breakfast ourselves so can not review on that.
There is no designed parking  but plenty of spaces to park outside the property. 
Top room was very specious although very hot too.There was a fan in the room which helped.

In general would recommend and will stay again.

Specious room perfect for family with kids

Very quiet and friendly, rooms are comfortable, on suite with tv and kettle. Cant complain about accomodation but road to location is not good, after rain is little more than mud track. Oh must mention the 5 min walk for breakfast.... served in another hotel and tbh not the best breakfast I have had in Poland.

Nice

Very nice and quiet neighbourhood, lovely staff and comfy rooms. One has to walk 300 metres for breakfast, but the price of accomodation is so economic, that the walk should be looked upon as an additional health benefit. I will definitely return and recommend.
They are also pet friendly.
